Rules

• All entries (works of art) should be made digitally.

• The form of entries: No limit to topic and subject

• The type of entries: PNG, JPG, MP4 (An image file cannot exceed 5MB)

• Images must be smaller than 5000 x 5000 pixels.

• A video file(MP4) should not exceed 1024x780px (max is 1920x1080px) and must be less than 128MB.
  Best supported video codec is H.264 (MPEG-4).

• Eligibility: No restriction on country or age.

• Entries must be submitted under the real name of the artist, company or group.

• No limit to the number of entries an applicant can submit.

• Provide 3D solo exhibition hall to an applicant who submitted more than or equal to 25 entries.
   

ONLINE PRE-SCREENING & ONLINE EXHIBITION

• Application period: Jan 1st, 2022 - May 31th, 2022

• Mode of entry : Entry form on WDAF official website.

• Screening: Judges will frequently review the submitted entries to the WDAF and screen them.

• Online Exhibition: Only the selected entries will be displayed in the 3D exhibition and Gallery

FINAL SCREENING

• Works uploaded on the website after passing pre-screening will be submitted to the fair.

• Evaluation Weightage:

  • Public evaluation : July 1st, 2022 - November 30th, 2022 - 80% Weightage.

  • Judges evaluation: July 1st, 2022 - July 10th, 2022 - 20% Weightage.​
     

OFFLINE EXHIBITION & OPEN MARKET

• Period: July 1st, 2022 - Dec 31th, 2022.

• Venue: U.S, Italy, India, Korea and etc.

• Date: December, 2022

• Venue: Exhibition hall.
